After the church service, please join us for our fellowship dinner which is hosted by Sylvia Mullen’s team.  Next week’s fellowship dinner will be prepared by Bonnie Metcalf’s team.
Deacons Meeting:  Please meet right after the church service by the baptistry for a short meeting.

BCA Prayer Vespers, in the BCA Chapel.  Please join us as we meet and pray together for BCA, the students, families and staff.

Sabbath August 26:
Messiah’s Mansion begins on Sabbath from 1:00-7:00 p.m. No matter what age you are, the sanctuary tour is great for your family, neighbors, and friends.  Be sure to invite them to this outstanding event that is on display through September 3.
“God is One” is the title of Pastor Rob’s sermon next Sabbath. Don’t miss it as we explore the amazing truth of the Trinity.

Prayer Requests:
Pray for the ministry of the upcoming Messiah’s Mansion and the meetings that begin September 25.  Pray that lives will be touched by the messages presented.
Please keep Battle Creek Academy in your prayers.  There are many distractions for our young people and they need the support of a good Christian school.

Radio Station: WGPG-LP FM, 92.9, our radio station, continues to be off the air due to a lightning strike.  New equipment is arriving and little by little things are coming together. They hope to be broadcasting soon.

Messiah’s Mansion Tidbit:  You will be shown the symbols and how each one brings to life events of the past and those prophesied for the future: such as the baptism, crucifixion and resurrection of Christ; His ministry in heaven and what He is doing right now in the heavenly sanctuary above.  Tours will be given from 1-7 p.m.  August 26-September 3, 2017. The last tour of the day will begin at 7:00 p.m.  Location will be at the former Toys R Us site, 5740 Beckley Road.  Invite your neighbors, friends and family to travel back over 3000 years to view this historic free event.
September 10-13:  Senior Camp at Camp AuSable.  Come spend time in God’s book of nature, fellowship with friends while enjoying good food and activities.  For reservations call Mona Hickman, 517-316-1520.
A sad farewell:  Daniel Rodriquez, our speaker today, last day with our church will be next Sabbath.  The conference has transferred him to pastor the Escanaba and Rapid River churches in the Upper Peninsula.  We wish you well in your new position and you will be missed.
