 AUGUST 18: Happy Sabbath and Welcome Tabernacle Guests and Family! After the church service, please join us for the fellowship dinner in the Dining Room in the annex building. 

 

AUGUST 18:  Visitation Ministry at 3:15 pm, meet in the Seminar Room.

 

AUGUST 18:  SonSets is happening tonight.  Join us as we close the Sabbath together in the Seminar Room.  We will begin with a hymn sing at 7:45, followed by the vespers program at 8:00.

 

 

AUGUST 25:  Pastor Rob Benardo will be our worship hour speaker.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & COMING EVENTS

 

PROPHECIES OF HOPE MICHIGAN will be September 7 – 29, at the Tabernacle with Pastor Louis Torres.  Come and bring a friend to this community outreach at 7:00 p.m.

 

HANDBILL DISTRIBUTION will be Sabbath, August 25 and September 1, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.  Meet in the Seminar Room at 3:00 for organization and strategy.

 

ACS DISASTER PREPAREDNESS Michigan Conference director Diana Bruch will be speaking at the Urbandale SDA Church Sabbath, September 1, at 10:45 am.  Then at 2:00 pm is the introduction to disaster prep training.  We are joining together to better serve our community with God’s message of Hope, healing and salvation.  

 

PRAYER requested: You are invited to come and pray for the school, students, and staff on August 18, from 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. at the Battle Creek Academy.

MONEY MATTERS

As you plan your tithes and offerings, please remember our church budget. Approximately $26,000 is required monthly to support our various ministries, maintain our church plant and nurture our K-12 school, Battle Creek Academy.  We received approximately $9,098 thus far for the month of August.
